Prior to founding KHOROSH GROUP, Yana Khoroshavina served as Product Director at Elephant Games, one of the leading studios in the Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure genre. She was responsible for product strategy, production planning, budget management, resource allocation, delivery oversight, and the coordination of cross-functional teams across a portfolio of internationally released titles.
